Sakura Kobayashi (Cherie), a 22-year-old professional tennis player, has torn her ACL. She heads back to Japan where she was born to get surgery to hopefully help her get better. 
Kooymi Hayashi is a prodigy, both of his parents are world-class surgeons. He is a 22-year-old second-year intern at Nara City Hospital. He is assigned to Cherie's case.
