Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" "The story pulls you headlong to the end and leaves you wanting to shout "No! Not yet!" ...If there were 6 stars, I would have given it that." *** Humanity is one secret society away from extinction. The children of Atlantis use magic to keep us safe. If they make it through the Academy. Hi, I'm Lyric. And I'm kind of a mess. ADHD, that's me. I'm a high school drop-out, late everywhere I go, and one screw-up away from being homeless. I'm a loner, and I like it that way. Who needs friends when you have a Redwood forest nearby? Trees never bully me like the kids did at school. Or get drunk and throw things at my head. After my mom died, I figured life couldn't get much worse. I thought it might even get better. Ha. The universe has a great sense of humor. I should've listened to the rumors about evil spirits. About the angry, ancient magical creatures haunting our small Oregon Coast town. But did I? No. That was my first mistake. And it might be my last. 'Cause now I'm in a battle for my life. A whole new world has opened up... a magical world I don't understand. And the blood in my veins says I belong here. But I have to prove myself to save myself. And when have I ever done that?

A young man appears from the shadows, wearing sneakers, jeans, a Rage Against the Machine t-shirt and a leather hoodie jacket. He adjusts his glasses slightly as he walks up to you; you can catch a glimpse of his heterochromia, two different eye colours, hazel and blue. He stops just a metre in front of you, tucking his hands into his pockets. "Well, you recognize me yet?" He takes a hand out of his pocket to itch the back of his head, letting out a soft sigh. "If you have, congratulations, you're sick of me being around for so long. If you don't, allow me to introduce myself. The name's Scott. Scott Anderson. The Filipino-Canadian from Canada. You may have not heard of the name, but surely, you've seen me in a bunch of other places, huh?" He starts to walk around you slowly, eyeing your figure up and down carefully. "In case you don't know, I'm usually the everywhere guy, popping up out of nowhere. You might've seen me fighting zombies off, you might've seen me making a fool out of myself around the school halls, which you've taken an interest in, regardless if you like me or you hate me, or you just don't want anything to do with me, it's fine." He stops in front of you again, pulling his hands out from his pockets, before he extended one of his hands to you. "So, what's it gonna be? You gonna pull me into your world? Or are you gonna let me drag you into mine? The choice is yours pal. The choice is yours." A portal opens up behind Scott, the portal that will take you and Scott to a world of Scott's choosing. Another portal opens up behind you, which will take you and Scott to a world of your choosing. Both portals light up the space around him and yourself. A hole then appears before them, creating a small void between you and Scott. "There's also a third option. If you want nothing to do with me at all, or I'm just not good enough for you, just jump in, and this face, you never seen again... Continue for more.

The earth has been ravaged by war, and all that is left of humanity is on an iron island out in the middle of the Atlantic ocean. It was a paradise, because on Olympus, they were gods, or so they were made to believe. The inhabitants of Olympus were untouchable, beyond simple human desires like greed, hate and violence. Unfortunately for them, they seemed to have incurred the wrath of actual gods, nightmares, and monsters. And so, they have been forced to flee their 'heaven' for greener pastures, but before then, they'll have to pass through hell. Monsters, demons, nightmares and gods are only supposed to exist in the world of imagination, and that's exactly where they came from. And it just so happens that to survive, they'll have to enter the human mind, they'll have to invade the world of imagination, but what horrors must await them in such a place, depraved of reason and logic, perverted by man's desires and sick mind.
