The Happy Room

Hedwig Bauer leads a peaceful life as a Collector. Curating ancient artifacts and priceless treasures. His whole life has been for the study of history and its wonders. In fact, his recollection of anything else has mysteriously disappeared. Over the years he has overcome the monotonous and detrimental cycle of what he understands as just another day. He accepts his circumstances of working for the rest of his life in his locked room. With no connection to the outside world, he patiently waits for something new, something different in his repetitive and isolating consciousness. Until one day he experiences an old and long forgotten memory.
