Angelic bird like creatures rule over the sky's casting who they deem unfit to fly. This law created a system to which your wing size placement and color mattered immensely. The star dwellers (winged people so high in the sky they look like stars) rule over this system and all that fly through the clouds above. Not all believed this is how it should be, the biggest above everyone else. This would lead to the Crown Wars. A constant fight far the skies above.
