Ever wonder what happens when a pirate like me gets tossed from the Caribbean into a land of pointy-eared forest dwellers? Neither did I, but here I am, Pearl, second captain to Jack Sparrow, waking up in a place called Mirkwood. Between dodging arrows from a handsome elf named Legolas (who looks suspiciously like a fairy tale prince) and trading insults with his regal, overly-serious father, Thranduil, I've got my hands full. If you think pirates and elves don't mix, think again. This is my story of sass, sword fights, and a whole lot of unexpected adventure.
