Angel is a Cybertronian Mini-con, who looks like a robotic cat. Just like her brother Ravage. While Ravage stayed with their master or companion Soundwave and became a decepticon. Angel went rogue and it's not natural for a mini-con to not be bonded with an autobot or decepticon. They transform so that they can attach to their companions body when not on a mission. But Angel fused to bond with anyone after leaving Soundwave and the loss of her brother Ravage. Overtime she developed the ability to transform into a bi-pedal mode like other cybertronians. Though she prefers her feline mode as it feels more natural. This is her story through Transformers Prime series.All Rights Reserved

Her near constant presence in their base seems to be a bother to the transformers, she can tell even if they do not say it out loud to her. The girl is not a fool. However, when they realize just how deep her pain truly was and how far she is willing to end it, Optimus is unwilling to give up on her.
