In a realm where ancient beasts are revered and elemental magic flows like blood, Kaito is an unremarkable young man from the desolate Ashen Village. He is the sole survivor of a raid by a mysterious warlord known only as The Tyrant, who commands an army of unnatural creatures. Kaito barely escapes the slaughter, clinging to life, and is rescued by an enigmatic healer, Maelis. Although physically weak and unskilled in combat, Kaito is determined to avenge his village and stop The Tyrant's path of destruction. As he embarks on his journey, he unexpectedly consumes the soul of the Ancient Phoenix, a legendary creature of rebirth and unimaginable power. This grants Kaito tremendous strength, though he struggles to control it. The Phoenix's voice echoes in his mind, pushing him to master his abilities and face his destiny. But even with this newfound power, Kaito soon realizes that The Tyrant's forces are far beyond anything he could have anticipated.
