Victoria Spencer's perfect life took a drastic turn when she learned that her boyfriend, Darren Trait, of six years, had been cheating on her. At first, she didn't want to believe it. That is, until she caught him in the act. Furious, heartbroken, and desperate for escape, Victoria finds herself in a bar where she meets a handsome stranger, Felix, and hours feel like minutes when she's with him--literally.

With a few more chance encounters with him, she finds that she's losing large gaps in her memory that only seems to happen in (or after) his presence. She decides to back off from him and meet other people and spend more time with friends, but she soon learns that those memory gaps are not just coincidence. However, seeking answers for the unknown proves to be dangerous when she learns of Felix's true identity, along with the truth behind her memory loss, and new monsters arrive to destroy not just her life, but Felix's as well.

With her knowledge of Felix's familial ties and his identity, Victoria is forced to stay close to them, but is it really against her will? Or is there something beyond fate that ties them all together?
