Victor is a serial killer and kidnapper. He poses as a therapist in town, but some of his clients have disappeared. He hasn't been caught because everyone thinks he's a good person. Along with having multiple degrees in crime scene investigation and psychology, he knows how to hide his crimes. On the surface, his life appears normal, with a husband and two adopted kids so why would someone so happy kill people? There is no hard evidence that he's the one taking these people. But what happens when one of his victims is more insane than he is?

Ellie isn't a typical girl; she is mentally unstable. At 15 years old, she tried to kill her brother, claiming he was evil. This led her parents to admit her to a psychiatric ward. When she was 20, she was released, but she attempted suicide soon after, leading to a five-year stay in a mental hospital. Upon her final release, she went to see Dr. White, also known as Victor. But what happens when this "Doctor" makes her feel something she never has before? Or when he is not the caring therapist he claims to be?
