Just that anyone who has ever crossed path with him, is never seen again. The city is haunted at night with a terror of who might be his next target.

Some thinks he is an old man tired of the society, some calls him psychopath, but no one knows why he does, what he does, the only thing everyone is sure of is he enjoys it.

There is an assumption that he might have a team that does but no one is sure what it actually is.
