Uzumaki Yuuto was the first elder son of Uzumaki Kazuhiro and Namikaze Minako. He was an older brother of Uzumaki Naruko. He was same age as Uchiha Itachi. After they losing their parents, Yuuto decided to raise Naruko by himself. He had taken as a heir of Uzumaki and Namikaze clan. He also know that he have Uchiha's bloodline. Same as Naruko.
