sometimes having a pen is having a weapon. some other times having a pen is having a friend. others having a pen is having an anchor. other times, having a pen is having salvation. others more, having a pen is having poison. having a pen is having a drug. having a pen is having insanity, having a pen is having clarity. to have a pen is to have faith, loss, damage, cure, elevation, doom, power, weakness, arrogance, sympathy, novelty, pride, insight, reason, promises, tension, release, worry, relief, darkness, light, love.
this time around, having a pen helped me let you go. once again, I'm glad to be a poet.
