As the spring flowers bloom, Berwald's core is filled with lightheartedness. It could be the smell of the flowers, or maybe the feeling warming sunlight raining down on him. These feelings are formed merely by the memories of his mother that made spring so special to him. The same mother whom abandoned him around this time. He was taken in by a peppy man named Mathias, who was a stranger to Berwald at the time, and is sounded by love from his new family. But no matter how much love he is given, it would never compare to a mothers love. As he grows up, his love for the spring grows along with him. But when he crosses paths is a young dreamer named Tino, other emotions start to form, as well.
