the battles we don't talk about

"the battles we don't talk about", is a small project of mine, a journey into the quiet struggles of our lives, that shape who we are.
I actually don't really know much about poetry, but I just wrote this from my heart, taking a small leap into healing.
I hope this finds you when you need it the most.
to the reader behind the screen, if the weight feels too heavy, if you're spiraling, if everything feels endless, just know that you are not alone.
even if your fights are silent, and your pain goes unseen, you are not alone.
I'm writing this in hope it will help someone embrace that wolf in our minds.
