In this universe when children go to heaven, but they have no familial members up there, children are sent to live in the daycare. Parents in heaven can also have there children looker after for awhile like a regular daycare.
What makes y/n so special? They are a young teen with a past they don't want to share and arrive at the daycare hurt. This is uncommon and has never happened before children are generally healed before they arrive.
