ShadowPlay is a working title for an alternate universe DoorKeay (Gerard Keay and Michael Shelley) fan fiction based on the characters of The Magnus Archives and The Mangus Protocol.
18+ When Gerard Keay a depressed. starving artist meets an unsettling but handsome stranger in a coffee shop, strange things start happening. An enemies to friends to lovers story, this mostly fluff-based AU with a hint of angst and occasional near-death experiences will take you on an emotional but fulfilling ride.

Clay has autism and finds comfort in simple things, the illuminated a fireplace on a winter's night, fish swimming and stuffed animals. However, this was all soon to change after a tragic accident.
