The story revolves around an old man who reunites with his long-lost friend. The friend reminds him of an old promise to become one family. Unfortunately, they each have sons who, in the end, decide to arrange a marriage between their grandchildren.

One grandchild is still naive about love and the world, while the other has harbored feelings for a girl for several years. The generation gap and differing understandings of how to interpret love weigh heavily on both grandchildren. It's not about loving or not loving, but about how to navigate in the name of love.
