Two mentally ill patients are lost in their own minds and meet each other in their vision/dream. The patients have never stepped a foot out of their hospitalized rooms (on different sides of the world) since the day they were taken to the hospital. But through a dream where they fall for each other makes them go to extreme lengths to go and find each other even though their minds are playing wild tricks on them. On their extreme journey to meet each other, they are faced with living on a completely different planet in their mind. Will they find each other? Or will they be caught and sent back to the prison of the white walls? But, will others learn that love, is love?

George is ready to go. His house is packed up, his plane ticket is booked, and his room is ready in Dream and Sapnap's house. He's been waiting for this moment for years now. She prefers to speak English most of the time, however, will speak Spanish if the moment's right. Heather is the popular girl, she knows how to host a party and how to party, how to bake sweets, and has over a million of friends. She's also really rich too and lives in a mansion with her mother and sister. One day, Heather had fallen asleep in class because of a party she attended the day before, and had a dream about waking up in, what seemed to be, a fantasyland. She became determined to find out what the dream meant, and then she met someone who was having the same dream as her, and so the both of them made it their mission to find out why they're having these reoccurring dreams...oh yeah I forgot to mention, she's not very fond of Jenna, since they didn't really have a good start. (Edit: She speaks English throughout most of the story. But, spoiler alert, she speaks Spanish in the final chapter and in one of the bonus chapters.)
