Alex and Lisa got a divorce, Lisa was caught cheating a month after the wedding. 
Jack and Alex aren't getting along at all, their friendship almost gone.
Zack left the band late 2016 due to the fighting that caused too much stress
Alex doing the worst, stuck with severe depression but still puts fans before himself. 
Plus the band has lost many many fans, they're down to performing in very small bars and such. 
But one day a very familiar fan shows up to a small show in her hometown and gave the boys a big surprise, since she's one of the only ones who still stuck around.
