In Earth-9812, Adam Jennings experienced a tragic loss at the age of ten when his father died in a car crash. Throughout high school, he faced relentless bullying and ridicule due to misconceptions about his single mother's financial struggles.

Despite this, Adam found solace in his six friends: Wasabi, Fred, Luka, Jarilo, Shadow Mishima, and Ren Amamiya, who stood by him like true friends and brought peace into his life.

During a school project fair, an accidental bite from an experimental radioactive spider left Adam severely ill. However, this bite also granted him extraordinary powers. Yet, every time he touched something, it transformed into a weapon. To control his newfound abilities, Adam crafted his first armored suit, allowing his powers to be contained within.

Over time, Adam's powers stabilized, no longer triggering when he touched objects, except for his armor. Embracing his new identity, he called himself "The New Armored Spiderman Mark 1."
