Noah Laszynski and Archibald Ruth have been neighbours, and best friends, since birth.

There was never one without the other, always attached at the hip.

They understood each other in a way no one else ever could - not that they even wanted another person.

But their history of never being apart is simultaneously proven and made more difficult as the duo are drafted into World War II together.

Forced to separate even when in semi-close proximity to each other proves to be quite the challenge, yet also reveals to them what they never realized before.

Struggling with battles both literally and figuratively, both men are determined to live through it and finally reunite for good at the end of the godforsaken war.

But whether or not their enemies or society will allow them is a whole other problem.
