Ever since I was a little girl I wanted one thing, love. Just love itself is an amazing thing, it gives you an amazing feeling that you never thought was possible. I grew up thinking that I'd never be in love, thinking that I wouldn't even have a chance at it. Every time I would start getting to know a guy something would happen, something that would end it, for good. I grew up with just my mom pretty much supporting me and looking and learning from her I could see that it's not up to other people to make you happy, it's all up to you, everything is really only up to. I learned that sometimes you have to act brave even if your not. I want to feel loved, not just by my family and friends but a boy, a boy that actually has feelings for me, a boy that cares about me. Honestly it's hard to find a guy out there who cares, most guys just want a one time thing, a one day feeling and a day to forget.

Running from the gang
In life, we do things we regret, or that we wish we could wipe from our memory forever. At the age of 15, I didn't think I'd regret anything until I was an adult. I considered myself care free. I lived life one day at a time. Well, as much as a 15 year old can. But in life, there are also things that we can't change, that we can't forget. They say what's in the past keep it in the past but I wanted to know all about my past. It was things that I didn't know and that I wanted and needed to know! But my life turned upside down when my past is exactly what I should have left alone. Now if you ask me how it all began, I don't exactly remember but I know it started when I moved in with my grandma who I haven't met in all my twenty years of living. I have been in and out of foster homes since I can remember, living with families I knew nothing about. Being the outcast and them constantly asking me what's wrong because I simply did not speak. The only thing that kept me sane was my good grades throughout school. I got the satisfaction of doing the one thing that people kept telling me over and over I couldn't do. I stayed to myself and graduated high school with honors, getting a full-ride scholarship to any college of my choice. Of course, by having this accomplishment, it didn't make it any easier for me between my foster families. To them, I became the girl who was better than them. But I didn't care because when I turned twenty I finally got to start making my own choices. This is where I wonder if the first choice I made was the right one.
