What happens if the Cleric Aasimar daughter of Lathander meets a Vampire standing around in broad daylight?
Chaos, manipulation and eventually something more is what happens.
This is a collection of scenes that (head-canonically) happen off-screen during the events of BG3. I have no desire to write down every single thing or fight that happens in game, if you want to know, play it yourself. I highly recommend ;)

Dezi cannot believe her eyes as she's walking around the beach looking for survivors of the Nautiloid crash. There he stands, very clearly a vampire by everything she's been taught yet he doesn't instantly make a jump at her for her blood, instead he pretends he's just some regular elf.
Intrigued Dezi decides to keep him around. If anything he could be an interesting test subject for her curiosity.
