This is my first fic ever I used to write when I was little and thought I would give it another go. 

In this story Naruto is the emperor of the western elemental nations I'm going to make them similar to the QIN, a legendary Chinese empire in ancient times and also mix it with it the mongols.

Except hers is more like a puppet. Sadly Ayaka is dead but somewhere along the lines a few people in team 7 will meet her. I also take suggestions so let me know!!
