Wapun (Dawn) Smith was different from most kids, having been raised to be herself no matter what others thought. Her parents, John Smith and Pocahontas, let their daughter run wild in the woods and explore as much as she wanted. John made sure to teach her all his tricks of the trade, including sword-fighting, and Pocahontas taught Dawn how to survive and the way of her people. For Ben, it was a breath of fresh air when the spunky teenage adventurer started visiting Auradon, the two soon becoming partners-in-crime. One more thing separated her from the other kids.
