Turon: a young boy with a complexion like that of grass and eyes large as the vast sky, his looks are otherworldly; and unsurprisingly, with physical eccentricity like that of no other human, people, especially kids his age, can't help but to pick on him-"nature's mishap," they'd say. But amidst the tortuous batter of time and young people's hurtful words, beyond his looks being inhuman, is still a boy who ponders of maybes about the future on where he could might finally belong and settle home.
And who would've guessed that the hopeful maybes of his that consist of wishing to belong could start with a simple grey hankie?

Robin, on the other hand, was sitting safely on a rock with a bag of chips, observing the chaos with a judgmental squint and zero intention of getting wet. "You going in?" Felix asked beside me, voice soft but teasing. He had his hoodie slung over one shoulder, his shirt lifted slightly where he was fidgeting with the hem. I looked at him, suspicious. "Are you?" He gave a one-shouldered shrug. "Only if you do." "Oh, so if I drown from hypothermia, you're cool going down with me?" "Basically," he said, and smiled-the real kind. The crooked, honest kind.
