With the looming threat of war heading to Baldur's Gate, Lucy Stormheart must travel through Faerûn with her sister after a Mindflayer invasion begins on the horizon, and friendships - though not necessary - are bound to be forged on the merciless journey they are forced to endure. Though her mind is being corrupted by a worm, Lucy's powers continue to grow as they get caught up in a conflict between devils, deities, and other sinister otherworldly forces.

Secrets are threatened to be revealed to tear apart this little group of misfits, but they're not going to go down that easily.
