No one has ever really understood how their friendship came to be, but Y/n and Temperance have always spent every free moment together. Even when Y/n is away on cases, they stay connected through phone calls and texts. Despite Temperance's usual aversion to texting and phone conversations, she always responds.

Their bond is a mystery, even to them, but the love and friendship they share surpasses any fairy tale. In a world filled with cruelty and chaos, they find solace lying under star-filled skies, even if it means a more expensive coffee in the morning.
