All Characters in these stories have names of people I know ( this does not mean any of the couples are true ) There were two things Emma Reyes never messed around with: her GPA and a good game of hockey. Or soccer. Or really, any sport. At sixteen, she was the kind of girl teachers trusted, coaches praised, and classmates quietly admired from a distance. Nerdy enough to win every science fair, athletic enough to lead every team to finals. But for someone who always knew what to do and how to do it, Emma didn't expect her toughest assignment yet to come from the principal himself. "Find student coaches for our new kids' athletic program," he had said. It sounded easy. Fun, even. Until she realized one of those coaches had to be AJ Moreau - the best soccer player in the province, with a glare sharp enough to cut ice and an ego to match. The boy who didn't like her. At all. But what started as an awkward partnership on the soccer field might just turn into something Emma never planned for - not in her spreadsheets, not in her perfectly color-coded life, and definitely not in her heart.
