This is the life of 18-year-old Mateo Delgado, a troubled student who's had to move back to his hometown in his senior year. A town he thought he'd never be back in, with a girl he thought he'd never see again.
Mateo must learn to make sense of the voices in his head, both his own and the voice of Outis, the odd spirit in his mind. He must find a way to reconnect with his old childhood friend and longtime crush, Serah Fontano, while also figuring out how to stay sane in the madhouse that is high school.
