For the people who didn't know what was going through my head most of the time. This is a collection of poems and writings written all with tears of trauma, pain, happiness and guilt. I hope you enjoy it with tears of hope. Each of each part was crafted from a specific time period of my life. Share and listen to these stories and poetry, whisper to yourself when it's dark.

This is a poetical memoir. It's a collection of poems that I've written, since the age of 13, as I struggled with bipolar disorder, psychosis and grief. It's a story that starts in abject darkness and despair, and ends in a place of light and hope. It is my testament that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
