What's this story about?
╰┈➤ Desdemona Everton suffers with depression and schizophrenia and has to go away to a private mental hospital called Serenity Ridge for a while. Whilst she's in there, she meets a bunch of crazy people and manages to make a few friends. But mental hospitals aren't the sick manic filled rooms you imagine them to be, some people in there are really fucking depressed and don't plan to hang around much longer.

╰┈➤ in this book, there will be scenes of smoking. In private mental clinics, they do allow places to smoke (or at least where I am from). Some characters aren't allowed lighters whereas others are so majority of the time there'll be people trading medication or sharp objects. Serenity ridge is overall very high end and large.
