In a society build on rage, lies and secrets hidden under pretty words, it is hard to trust anything or anyone. Especially when ugly monsters hide in the shadows and not even at your home, can you be truly safe.
To ensure the safety of sitizens and the remaining of peace was the job Ciel Tatcher signed up for. But to protect from monsters, you have to be a monster yourself. That seemed to be the case when he got once again transfered, this time into a special division number 12 and thrown between wolfs and tigers, the same monsters he saw himself as.
As hard as it is for Ciel to build a bond with anyone, he and his colleagues have stories to tell and truths to reveal.
Even walls have ears in this city, and who knows what unsettling events have been swept under the rug.
