Tales and songs of old told that the doom that kept befalling the world of Sinagar was a punishment by the Gods; for no one was able to complete their task for thousands of years. As a warning, the Gods had sent their servant, the Bakunawa, the eater of worlds to the skies of Sinagar to remind humankind of its duty, to answer the CALL.

But who cares about the Call of Gods? Magnum doesn't. For him, the Vicari Faith, the Knights and even the Mercenaries have failed so much that he had to take matters into his own hands. He will kill the Grand Demon, the source of the plague, with his Gunblade. But his current self won't be enough. He has to upgrade his weapons, change perspectives, and maybe access the power of Gods to face all the challenges that come his way.
