Rising from the Long Fall

This is my own story, from childhood to now. My highs and lows. I will be telling what It was like In mental health services from child to adult. What the wards were like. The story will be graphic at times but it shines a light on what can happen behind closed doors and the effects that come from it. Names will be changed to protect peoples identities.
