Power Rangers: Dual Justice

The beginning of my continuation of the Power Rangers franchise. After the events of the death of Zedd and his cabal, the governments of the world decided they needed to govern over the Power Rangers enforcing the "Power Rangers Control Act". This act would make it so that no Ranger team can act outside the law and have to be assigned by the government. The government would also end up creating the "Hexagon Academy" a academy to build Power Rangers. But when a new alliance of evil steal the Rangers' most prized possessions in the "Grid Collection" and end up attempting to fill the vacuum left by Zedd, two mysterious new Ranger teams rise up to take them down and steal back the collection.
