bowie santos' life had planned out for her ever since vought found out about her existence. she was supposed to be the next face of vought. she was supposed to take homelander's place in being america's favorite superhero. she was also supposed to be the one that would be able take down homelander, if the man ever lost his mind. but that all goes down the drain when the facility that she was raised in was exposed, revealing some of vought's secrets. majority of the kids were killed, except for bowie, a certain CIA agent sparing her. 
    
    what happens, when years later, that same agent, now ex, comes to bowie and asks for her help.
