A young girl called Laelynn had a strong interest in acting ever since she was a kid. When her favorite anime ( Avatar The Last Airbender) released a live action series, she instantly fell in love with the actor (Gordon Cormier) who was playing as "Aang" and was determined to become an actual actress. When she got picked to be playing Toph's character in season 2 of Avatar The Last Airbender live action, that is when her journey began. However, she has to wait until they officially reveal who will be playing Toph for a month. But they almost got caught by a fan so Elizabeth Yu made something up that Laelynn was Gordon's girlfriend. So the news spread like wildfire, now they both have to pretend like a couple for a month to not upset the fans.
