Iyla Punkett is a normal 13 year old girl. Well, as normal as you can be living above a shop with your uncle, struggling to make ends meet and being a social outcast at school.
Soon after her 13th birthday, Iyla starts to realise she may not be as normal as she thinks. Strange things are happening around her and, as her uncle reveals a secret from her past, Iyla's life and the lives of those closest to her are about to change forever.
