Dream is the son of the original Ender dragon. He became the guardian of the end and the Enderman that live there when his mother passed. Soon he discovered how to travel between the End and the overworld.
From there the Dream SMP is started, none of the wars happened so everyone's on good terms
Dream and Wilbur are dating, they actively have a son but due to Dream's fears he has kept Elijah hidden in the end with Enderman to protect him in the End cities

To everyone, Dream was the only one without a hybrid. He banned the End so no-one could kill the dragon. A hybrid is easy to spot, as they usually have body parts that correspond to their mob, which cannot be safely removed, though many have tried.
