Julie Steiner is a 15 year old girl who sure knows how to attract trouble. Why? She simply loves it! When Julie gets expelled from Crenshaw High, her parents have no choice but to send her to a private boarding school. The thing they don't know is, the private school is filled with girls just like Julie- rish snobs who are always looking for something fun to do.
