The Hero Commission took the boy in, and molded him into the perfect agent. He was never meant to have freedom, although his wings suggested maybe he was meant to. Aren't wings a symbol of freedom, someplace somewhere? Surely they got it mixed up, because the only freedom Raiden has is when he's on a mission and that's more of a life or death situation than a leisurely stroll in a park.

Izuku Midoriya had everything a 4-year-old child could wish for. He had a family, a home and a quirk that was like no other. Thanks to a tragic and very bloody night, he was left with nothing then his own memories of a happy past and his quirk to protect himself. He quickly found out that people are looking at him because of his quirk. All the people ever wanted was his quirk and not him. Years pass, and the little green bean learned to trust no one but himself. If one was to ask him what was his quirk, he would say he was quirkless. One day he was fortunately enough to meet the number 1 hero and could finally ask him the question of his life. Quirkless doesn't mean useless but because of how quirkless kids are being treated they often end up dead.. Izuku Midoriya is a kid that was born quirkless. Once his parents found out about this, they immediatelly abandoned him and threw him out on the streets. They not only trained him and gave him a quirk but also made him be a shadow. An existence that is never written down as alive.
