    The Hero Commission took the boy in, and molded him into the perfect agent. He was never meant to have freedom, although his wings suggested maybe he was meant to. Aren't wings a symbol of freedom, someplace somewhere? Surely they got it mixed up, because the only freedom Raiden has is when he's on a mission and that's more of a life or death situation than a leisurely stroll in a park.
    
    ...may they rest in peace, and know nothing but love...
    
    Or, how Raiden Azuma becomes something more than a weapon to be wielded with the help of a few heroes.
