Following an unfortunate incident that resulted in his mother's death, Han Jisung and his father are forced to relocate to a small town, known as Yeongdo. In the meantime, his father turned to alcoholism and often took his anger out on his son. He made a promise to himself to that he would run far, far away from that place he now called 'home'. But what happens when he meets someone he can't leave behind.
