Two men walked out carrying a stretcher between them. The cameraman rallied around them and got a few second shot of a completely charred and shrunk humanoid form.
"That's me."
The tears started, first as muffled moans then full scale weeping. This time Fredrick couldn't do anything even as the laptop slid off her lap and hit the floor. He had just seen the footage. It was now evident why there were two prompts of disclaimers for public discretion.
Before they never really bothered him. He viewed them indifferently - accident victims, burnt corpses, injured folks. It all seemed out of his world.
