When you think of the noun 'Savior', you usually think of a hero- a Paragon of virtue, a beacon of hope.. And your thoughts would be right.. Long before you, the reader, was born there was a period of time- a time of Elves, dwarfs, and many other mythical creatures. During this speck in time, the world was fraught with danger. Somebody needed to rise to protect the land, and in this case, it wasn't just one lonely soul, no. It was a couple of people. The Elves were the first. They went by many names and titles, but one of the most prominent ones was, 'Savior', or a Savior. As the elves became elders, it was strenuous for them to carry out their duties- so they recruited others..
As Time went on, a new species awoke. They weren't exactly charitable.. one thing they were, was ravenous. They starve and seem to never satiate. One of those.. ageless creatures managed to become king. They ruled by brute force and manipulation. It took several centuries for the Elves (Saviors) to take him down, and when they did, they cursed the entirety of those wretched creatures- Causing them to hear the ghost of any sentient being they've eaten.. and trust me. It definitely was a lot.
The 'Savior' of our story is a jumble of that creature and a human, and because they happened to look normal enough, they passed as an elf and was able to enroll in the camp where they trained people to be 'Saviors'
Only time will tell how their story unfolds...

Esme had one big fear in life: being captured as a thief by the city's guardsmen and being executed for her crimes, and that so heavily weighed on her mind that she increased her risks by being distracted in the middle of a heist. That's when she runs into Althalos Fourthborn: Inner Circle Guardsman, one of the many princes of the realm, an Aelif (Dark Elf, local dialect)...and her betrothed by treaty. (That was something her almost human mind could not handle.) So she calls off the heist, gets demoted into a far more risky job, learns the true bitter depth of what this treaty's bond is like, and lands safely by her prince's side....sort of. There were people who still wanted to end her life, even if she was in what most people would call a Happily Ever After. That and her prince had his own living fears that were gnawing at any chance they had. That and she might just lose her mind from everyday boredom. But the one she couldn't wrap her all-too human mind around was that she would one day grow wings and fly away from her almost Happily Ever After to live in a hive with ancestors more alien than a hottie with pointed ears and abandonment issues. ~~~~ Yes, there are adult themes in this book, and difficult subjects, but nothing is excessive, as this is probably my simplest story. So, trigger warnings: A history of assault. Occasional vulgar language. References to partial cannibaliam. Extremely mild, light, and rare sex scenes. At least one elitist mentality. ~~~~ Ages of MC/ML: Esme: Apparent age of 24, roughly 20 years lived (mostly human). Content Warning-This story is meant for mature audiences. It features adult language, references, situations, sexual content, graphic violence, and gore. Fantasy, horror, and science fiction are my favorite genres to read. They are also my favorite to write. I've enjoyed writing since I won my first writing contest in the fourth grade. That was over twenty-five years ago and I haven't shared a sinlge word of it. Imposter syndrome is a bitch! Well, I finally managed to pull the trigger. Here is "O Negative". It's a mix of all of my favorite genres. I've mixed a fantasy, based on present-day Earth, with plenty of graphic horror and wrapped it all up within a world driven by the technological advancements that only can be obtained from millions of years of civilation. A small group of strangers find themselves surviving in a decimated world. It's bad enough to be stranded in a no-name town, but things become surreal when you realize the vast majority of humanity has died...it becomes terrifying when you realize you aren't that lucky to be alive. "Survivor's Guilt" isn't a thing when you find yourself the sole food source for an entire group of beings that no longer need to hide in the shadows. Man is no longer at the top of the food chain...they are now the cattle.

All my life I felt like a misfit. Like I didn't belong. I tried to find a place I could call home, where someone would look at me and for once take me as I was. There is evil inside of me. The word 'Fairy' meant very little to Sam. He imagined mischievous little imps with brightly coloured wings, he imagined cute little tricksters who delighted young children. He knew them only as a story, one he was a little too old for. But real Fairies were not so whimsical, real fairies stalked prey before devouring them bit by bit, real Fairies were unnatural creatures of darkness, barred from the Fae world of Galadria. Sam Turnble always had trouble fitting in, controlling his anger and staying in one school long enough to make friends. Entering his last years of education, he was determined to stick it out. His mother was exasperated, and after finding her son crawling on the ceiling one early morning, she was contacted by Stildegar School. Stildegar was a special school made only for those transitioning from human to Fae. Witches, Werewolves, Vampires and now a Fairy, all converged together at this castle built into a steep cliff. There had only ever been one other Fairy Changeling to enter that school and Sam felt oddly connected to him, even if he was banished to the dark realm almost 40 years prior. Haunted by ghosts of the past and torn between who he is and who he wants to be, Sam must unravel the mystery of his predecessor all the while falling in messy love with a Vampire Initiate. BOOK ONE: Having enough courage to run through the woods and away from the people who convinced me they were saving me was not how I believed I'd spend my day. Yet, there I went escaping from the only place I knew existed in the world. Being held captive was too much for me, especially when these people wouldn't tell me who they were or even who I was. The first moment in my life I recall very clearly. I awoke in a dark room, with recollection of everything that happened in the world except for one thing. I had no memory of myself existing, I didn't know where I was or why these men kept me from leaving. Days after I first woke I asked plenty of questions, and yet none of them were answered. The only thing I learned was that I was not allowed outside because the woods heald the most powerful magic on the planet, the most dangerous magic. It was more than just bad men and curiosity about the forest that got me to leave, it was a pull towards something; towards magic. Once I was in the forest turning back was never an option, so I put it in my head that I'd keep walking until I found a civilization or a nice paved road that would lead to safety. But that never happened because the forest has a force living through it. Believing that the forest held something strange was the easy part but experiencing it myself was something totally different. I didn't expect anything normal but I didn't expect to be completly engulfed into the forest. I was led by an unknown presence that made me truly believe it was a living being, and in fact it is. I was innocent then, but now I know that anything can be hidden under a small platform in the woods with a secret bigger than the world itself. I was given life that day, until it all ended months later; the day I took my last breath.Concluída

As the quest goes on, Elli soon realises, the kingpin of the Vampists, Vadiraj, is nobody but a confused man who strives to earn the respect of his kin. While everyone sees him as a vicious blood-sucker who desires to conquer the kingdom of Reminis, they didn't see his loneliness. While everyone sees him as a vicious man who kills to live, they didn't see he's capable to love. While everyone sees him opening the portal to the human world to get the protective chainmail, they didn't see he's there for a hidden motive. It all starts with a prophecy. __________ I'd like to emphasize that I don't own the pictures or the videos in the Multimedia column. The songs may not have any relation to the story line.
