Scarlet Storm is a good girl who cares about school and making her father happy. She’s a firm believer that bad boys are a waist of space. She doesn’t understand why someone would choose to be a jerk to everyone.
Dimitry Smith on the other hand is a Delinquent boy who lives his life to reak havoc on everyone else around him.
