Nijina has been infiltrated by an evil force known as the Shadows of Darkness. Overthrown by their powerful attacks, the Phoenixes were forced into hiding and the Shadows of Darkness have taken over Nijina. The main hide out of the Shadows of Darkness is the Phoenix's guild hall. With no other choice; Synthia, Anika, Mizumi, Shizuka and Nasumi, along with some of the other members are sent to the Hidden Hawk Guild to find help. Working together with the other guild; they must fight to win back their guild hall,
and save their town.
