Based on the 2009 movie Jennifer's Body, this version of Jennifer is set in a different universe - the Marvel Universe (the main MCU timeline Earth-616).
When popular high school cheerleader Jennifer Check is abducted by the rock band Low Shoulder after a trip to New York, her life takes a horrifying turn. Sacrificed to Knull, the God of the Symbiotes, Jennifer becomes possessed by a powerful symbiote that drives her to commit brutal acts. As strange deaths plague the small town of Devil's Kettle, SHIELD's Damage Control division is alerted about Jennifer's brutality after an investigation by her childhood best friend, Needy Lesnicki. Racing against time, they uncover the terrifying truth.
Battling the symbiote's insatiable hunger, determined to get revenge on Low Shoulder for ruining her life and with the authorities hot on her trail, Jennifer must confront her dark new reality and find a way to control the monster within. Can she save herself before it's too late, or will she be consumed by the symbiote's deadly power?

The last thing she remembered clearly was the stage and then Harley and Peter trying to grab for her. Something had to happen in between then and now, that led her to being dropped on a rooftop. She padded her pockets down and cursed when she realized she didn't have her phone. Any chance of using the emergency credit card she kept slipped inside the case was lost with it.
