The duty of marriage and bearing children was never her pursuit,  and Na'jec wants something more; she wants passion and success, and she knows that the quiet lands of Jar'ar will not provide that for her. Na'jec must venture out into the galaxy to find her purpose, and maybe if she's lucky, her soulmate. Whatever species or gender they may be, she welcomes them to add greatness to her life in the way she's sought since her hatchling years.
