Suffering, assault, smoking, abuse, and law breaking is a sad reality of what is happening in the world. It's cruel really, but it's the truth in the world. Though izuku has been exposed to this kind of world at a young age. Considering that he had grew up with all of this shit, it's no surprise he had to grow up fast. Afterall he had no childhood to began with. His family wasn't rich, but wasn't poor either. They we're decent. His mother was killed right in front of his eyes. It all happened so fast. He had left to go to the store. And as soon as he stepped foot in that home. All he could see was blood. A strange scent that made him want to vomit.

Maybe in another universe, I had refused to leave her side that day. Just maybe If I had stayed a little longer, she would've been okay. But if she was still here, I wouldn't have gotten where I am today.
